I'm Paul. I make complex products easier to use.
I like working on products that give people a lot to think about. My job is to organize that information so the next step feels clear.
I bring 10+ years in visual design and three years in web QA, including work on SAP Concur’s web development team. That experience helps me connect visual craft with how an interface behaves, from everyday tasks to unexpected edge cases.
Outside of work, I'm usually making, fixing, or customizing something. I might be building a computer, woodworking, tackling a home repair, automating something around the house, or designing a functional 3D print. I like learning how things work and finding ways to make them better.
